  • Conducts research to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives and objectives.
  • Assists in the creation of budgets and forecasts in alignment with business strategies by analyzing budgeting trends and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Implements templates and computer applications to evaluate performance and financial state, conducting complex financial analyses and variance analysis.
  • Assists with internal and external audits by preparing audit schedules and reviewing results.
  • Analyzes operational and financial performance to support field operations.
  • Conducts financial statement analysis of business partners using various software systems and reports to assess their financial viability and associated risks.
  • Prepares regular and special reports for leadership to facilitate financial management and organizes meetings to review financial outcomes.
  • Performs and evaluates financial, utilization, and benchmark analytics to support strategic financial planning.
  • Gathers and prepares recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activities, and operating forecasts while applying financial concepts for effective planning and control.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a directly related field. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One (1) year of project management experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience with advanced spreadsheet functions, including graphics, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • One (1) year of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Three (3) years of experience with KP data sources or tools.
  • Three (3) years of experience in the healthcare sector.
