AP Specialist

Constant Recruiter is seeking an experienced AP Specialist to join our team in Fontana. This is a temp-to-hire role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate record-keeping
• Prepare and present weekly reports to the Controller, highlighting key financial metrics and trends
• Resolve payment inquiries with vendors and colleagues, providing excellent customer service
• Route invoices for approval and ensure timely payment
• Code invoices to proper accounts and process payments using ACH, wire, and other methods
• Generate and prepare weekly check runs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Reconcile and record monthly credit card statements, providing supporting documentation as needed
• Maintain prepaid expense schedules and accounts payable accrual schedules
• Prepare schedules of one-time and non-recurring payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Perform ad-hoc Excel analysis of expenses, providing insights and recommendations to the Controller and CFO
• Assist the Controller with tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
• Intermediate to advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Excel
