  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Report on labor productivity and machine utilization metrics to senior management.
  • Conduct performance assessments for supervisory staff.
  • Ensure compliance with production, quality, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and uphold 5S housekeeping protocols.
  • Direct corrective actions to address production downtime effectively.
  • Proactively resolve conflicts and operational challenges.
  • Foster a positive management culture and engage in team meetings.
  • Supervise Team Leaders and production personnel to ensure timely completion of production schedules.
  • Implement and uphold safety practices and manage plant emergencies.
  • Oversee the training and development of supervisors and team leaders in both technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality Control standards and enhance the company’s reputation as a quality manufacturer.

  • Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement that contribute to profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Recent experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of achieving results through team collaboration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial and budgetary management.
  • High level of professionalism, organizational skills, and diplomacy.
  • Adept at motivating and delegating responsibilities to team members.
  • Solid foundation in lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with launching new programs is required.
