Job Description:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in our healthcare team, working under the supervision of Registered Nurses to provide patient care and support. As an LPN at Wexford Health, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Direct and guide patient teaching activities, ensuring patients understand their treatment plans and medication regimens.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, registered nurses, and correctional officers to develop and implement individual treatment programs.

**Requirements:**

  • New Mexico Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
