About the Job- This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a rewarding career opportunity for a dedicated FNP.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience as an FNP, with completion of an accredited program and current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in New Mexico. National Board Certification as an FNP through ANCC or AANP is also required, along with DEA registration.
Job Responsibilities- Provide primary care services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic health conditions for patients of all ages.
- Engage in patient-centered care within a team-based environment, delivering comprehensive primary care services.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient history.
- Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention, and disease management.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and maintain up-to-date medical records.
- Adhere to state and federal regulations and protocols.
- A competitive salary of $ $140,000 - $160,000 per year depending on experience, plus a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
