Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team at Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial establishments.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage installation teams to ensure efficient and safe project execution
  • Install and configure heating and air conditioning equipment according to manufacturer specifications
  • Furnish tools, materials, and supplies to job sites as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Track and manage equipment and supply inventory

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, preferably with a valid Utah driver's license
  • Ability to provide own tools and equipment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Physical stamina to handle demanding workload
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
