Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist in Telehealth to join our team at Baylor University Medical Center. As a Tele Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care through telehealth services. About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing and current RN licensure in the state of employment. You will be required to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination. Your strong understanding of telehealth principles and practices will enable you to provide comprehensive care to patients through phone or video calls. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and communicate effectively with patients and families about treatment options and health management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care through telehealth services* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans* Utilize strong communication skills to educate patients and families on treatment options and health management* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions* Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in nursing* Current RN licensure in the state of employment* Strong understanding of telehealth principles and practices* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills* Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) systems* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly* Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000, depending on your level of experience.
