Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN to join our team at Floral Long Term Care, providing compassionate care to our residents on weekends. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and comfort for our residents.

About the Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering resident-centered care, administering medication, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with admission, transfer, and discharging of residents
  • Documenting resident care services and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing education and support to residents and their families
  • Maintaining infection control policies and adhering to facility standards of care
  • Consulting with physicians and notifying them of any changes
  • Maintaining confidentiality and respecting resident privacy
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program. Experience in long-term care is preferred, but not required. We value excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-player mindset.

Work Schedule

This position requires weekend shifts, which include Saturdays and Sundays.

Compensation

Our salary range is highly competitive, offering a total compensation package that includes a base salary of $$68,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer opportunities for growth and professional development within the organization.
