About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and dedicated BCBA to provide clinical expertise and supervision to our team of behavioral technicians. As a BCBA, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing targeted interventions, advocating for your clients, and sharing your knowledge and experience with our growing team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
  • A current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for your exam in the next 3 months.
  • Demonstrated skills implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) and a commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
