About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and direction of our ServiceNow and Jira platforms. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of these platforms across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business needs and requirements, and translate them into technical requirements for the ServiceNow and Jira platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective integration of the platforms with other IT systems and processes.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the platform roadmaps, ensuring they are aligned with business strategy and goals.
  • Oversee the overall health and performance of the platforms, identifying and addressing any issues or gaps in support and administration.
  • Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure effective support and development of the platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of technical product management experience, with a strong background in IT service management platforms.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira, including integration with cloud-based platforms and Dev/Ops and CICD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • New Product Integration (NPI) experience.
  • Solid understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and mathematical optimization.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring and event management tools.
  • Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) and Asset Management knowledge and experience.
  • PagerDuty administration or product manager experience.
  • Agile Practitioner certification.
