Certified Nursing Assistant

Fulton Center is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Gloversville, NY. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Observation and Reporting: Observe residents' health and report any concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Personal Hygiene and Grooming: Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bed baths, shaving, and other grooming tasks.
- Meal Preparation and Service: Set up meal trays, document food and fluid intake, and serve nutritional supplements to residents.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain residents' living spaces, including making beds and keeping areas clean and tidy.
- Transportation and Mobility: Transport residents within the facility and assist with mobility needs.
- Prevention of Bedsores: Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores and promote wound healing.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection: Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team member.
- CNA Program and Certification: Possess a successful completion of a CNA program and current CNA state certification.
- State Registry Status: Be in good standing with the State Registry.
