Position Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a Licensed Nursing Professional (LNP), provide guidance and assistance to Residents and their families.
  • Monitor Residents' health status and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Document care services provided to Residents by maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure the safety of Residents and staff by following established infection-control measures.
  • Address Residents' concerns and needs by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain high standards of care by adhering to the Facility's philosophies and care protocols.
  • Safeguard Resident confidentiality by keeping all information private.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Experience in Long-Term Care is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Friendly demeanor and strong collaborative skills.
