About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated Physical Therapist to work with our experienced team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing customized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based care to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Collects and records patient care data in accordance with department policies and guidelines
- Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provides education and training to patients and support systems to promote optimal recovery and independence
- Collaborates with the healthcare team to coordinate care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records and billing documentation
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A valid Licensed Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- Completed continuing education requirements for licensure
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and effective communication abilities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
