Job Title: Group Exercise Instructor

At SYUFY GROUP, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Exercise Instructor to join our team. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching safe, effective, and fun group exercise classes to members and guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach group exercise classes that adhere to class formats and guidelines set by the company.
  • Motivate members to participate in the group exercise program and help them achieve their fitness goals.
  • Represent the club's group exercise program in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Promote participation in your own classes as well as those of fellow instructors.
  • Help promote other club programs, events, and services to class clientele.
Requirements:
  • Excellent teaching and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Experience teaching multiple class formats is a plus.
  • Current certification as a Group Exercise Instructor from an approved organization.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
