Job Title: Urology Advanced Practice Provider

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop patient care plans
  • Order and interpret tests, treatments, and therapies within the scope of practice
  • Prescribe medications, including controlled substances to the extent delegated
  • Provide direct patient care in assigned areas, which may be in a hospital or ambulatory setting
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide integrated delivery of patient care services
Requirements:
  • Current State of Illinois Physician Assistant Licensure or Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Licensure
  • Current Certification from National Certification Commission for Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or Current Nurse Practitioner Certification from a national certifying organization
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in nursing or a related field
  • Strong work ethic, interpersonal and communication skills
