About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Soldiers with their human resources needs, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources necessary to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on personnel matters, including data entry and retrieval, processing recommendations, and arranging awards ceremonies.
  • Assist with strength management and strength distribution actions, ensuring that all units are properly staffed and equipped.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files and emergency notification data.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to follow detailed orders, and have a strong understanding of business administration principles.
