Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team at Prosperity Bank in Caldwell. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Operate the online teller terminal to process transactions and manage customer accounts.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information.
Transaction Processing
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Cash checks and other negotiable instruments for customers.
  • Verify and balance cash daily to ensure accuracy and security.
Product Promotion
  • Offer and promote bank products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and increase sales.
  • Meet sales and service targets, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements

To be successful as a Bank Teller, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of related experience or cash handling experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
Working Hours

This part-time position is available Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:15 PM, and Saturday, 8:45 AM to 1:15 PM.
