Your primary responsibility will be to support LG's certified System Integrators in all phases of the installation process, ensuring that project implementation adheres to rigid LG and industry best practices. This position requires 75% overnight travel within the USA with periodic weekend travel and occasional overseas travel. We are looking to add team members nationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with LG Business Solutions, System Integration partners, and client organizations to ensure satisfaction among all stakeholders.
  • Review project drawings and coordinate installation schedules with integrators.
  • Manage project timelines and maximize efficiencies.
  • Provide technical support and training to integrators, technical, installation, and internal LG teams.
  • Conduct site evaluations and verify preparedness for DVLED and signage installations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide daily reports to project managers.
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree EET (Bachelors Preferred) or minimum of 5-7 plus years of Direct View LED installation experience.
  • Working knowledge of DVLED technology, mountings systems, and proper handling of DVLED modules.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and design software platforms (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUP, and Vizio).
  • Strong understanding of A/V, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
  • Ability to travel 75% throughout the U.S. with scheduling flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Technology Specialist-CTS.
  • Virtual Production workflow experience.
  • Exemplary interpersonal, time management, and decision-making skills.
