Job Summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Services Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for directing the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain high standards for housekeeping services, including developing and implementing work procedures and schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of front-line staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with administration and hospital departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on departmental performance and goals.
Requirements
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or a related field with high customer contact required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
