Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of service managers and technicians to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage and control budgets and resources to ensure optimal use of company assets
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Develop and maintain a culture of safety and quality within the service department
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a management role in a HVAC service business or related services company
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong understanding of the principles of quality management and effective communication
  • Experience with management and conflict resolution, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to focus on desired results and deliver high levels of customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
