Transformational QA Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Quality Assurance to spearhead our technology transformation efforts, focusing on the adoption and implementation of cutting-edge testing tools and frameworks across our organization. This role is critical in driving our technological advancement, ensuring seamless integration of quality practices into our software development process.

As a key member of our delivery teams, you will foster effective collaborative relationships with stakeholders, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your expertise in modern testing methodologies, such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and scriptless testing approaches, will be instrumental in shaping our testing strategy and guiding the transition to an SDET mindset.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150k-$190k, based on factors like skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role is eligible for a performance-based additional compensation program.
