Location: Wilmington, DE 19801

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months and Possible extension or Conversion FTE

Job Description:

·         As a Card Marketing Copy QA Analyst, you will perform Quality Assurance testing on marketing copy creatives for the purposes of assessing partner adherence to targeted processes, guidelines, and/or regulatory requirements. Important Note: this role is NOT performing IT related QA work.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

·         3 + years of professional experience performing analytically focused tasks involving Quality Reviews (QA / QC), Business Controls, Regulatory Compliance, Risk, Audit, or similar

·         Bachelor’s degree and/or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) preferred

·         Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities with sharp attention to detail

·         Proven history of successful organization and time management skills, effectively prioritizing work & organizing materials to meet deadlines

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

·         Communicate effectively across multiple levels of the business (verbal and written)

·         Be collaborative and build strong relationships across the organization

·         Capable of discussing differing opinions while maintaining composure and professionalism

·         Regulatory compliance knowledge of consumer-focused regulations related to marketing and digital media channels is a plus

·         Strong working knowledge of advertising/marketing practices across various marketing channels is a plus
