  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to build trust and sell work in collaboration with other team members.

Requirements

  • 12+ Years of Experience: A strong background in advertising - creativity and storytelling around brands and organizations.
  • Strong Portfolio: A strong portfolio with recognizable brands and award-winning work.
  • Leadership and Organizational Skills: Leadership and organizational skills to manage a team and drive results.
  • Effective Time Management Skills: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and Insightful: Creative, insightful, and interested in storytelling and writing.
  • Working Knowledge of Creative Advertising Roles: Working knowledge of all creative advertising roles and expertises, as they pertain to the development of the overall work product (storytelling, writing, a keen eye for art direction, film, digital methodology, branding, etc.).
  • Understanding of Customer Experience Methodology: Understanding of customer experience methodology, brand management, marketing, advertising, and e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of Relevant Computer and Web Software: Knowledge of relevant computer and web software as it pertains to creative direction and writing exports.
  • Detail Oriented and Able to Work Under Pressure: Detail oriented, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective Oral, Written, and Verbal Communication Skills: Effective oral, written, and verbal communication skills to communicate with team members and clients.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills to present ideas and work to clients and team members.
