About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Amergis. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students with special needs in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized plans for students with communication disorders
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve speech and language skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of assignment
  • At least one year of experience working with students with special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
