Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing education and training to families and caregivers.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each patient's unique needs.
  • Provide direct therapy to students in individual or group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient conditions, treatment plans, therapy sessions, and progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to speech therapy assistants as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Full accreditation (CCC) is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a speech-language pathology setting.
  • Experience working in a school setting as an SLP is preferred.
