In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led learning solutions for technical, compliance, systems, or soft skills concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led learning solutions for technical, compliance, systems, or soft skills concepts, following established instructional design methodologies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content.
  • Define learning objectives, course structure, learning content, and assessments.
  • Complete detailed analysis of each task to be trained/supported for target audience, business process, and systems.
  • Follow company standards, guidelines, and templates to develop learning materials, including storyboards, eLearning modules, virtual learning, student and facilitator guides, activities, scenarios, assessments, or performance support.
  • Visualize instructional graphics, scenarios, or interactions.
  • Write clear and effective instructional text, audio, or video scripts appropriate for the target audience.
  • Participate in meetings with subject matter experts, including task analysis, alpha, beta, and answer validation meetings.
  • Engage with subject matter experts for ongoing content review and validation.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback.
  • Self-manage assigned tasks and deadlines to complete deliverables.
  • Proactively communicate issues and risks.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience developing eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led training.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline/WBT Development, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Flexibility to work on simultaneous development efforts, as needed.
  • Desired: Knowledge of training development applications, QuestionMark.
  • Desired: Knowledge of graphic design, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
