Property Management Maintenance Lead

Lead and mentor a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the proper and safe condition of FPI managed properties. This role is responsible for managing the performance of these employees, providing a daily and preventative maintenance program, and coordinating and completing maintenance requests within 24 hours.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting the property and all common areas each morning to detect maintenance problems that require attention
  • Coordinating and completing maintenance requests within 24 hours
  • Changing air-conditioning filters at least every six months and upon apartment turnover
  • Inspecting all apartments semi-annually
  • FOLLOWING A PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within Residential Property Management, with a high school diploma or equivalency certificate required. Industry certification or designation (CAMT, NAHMS, NAHMT), preferred. May require a Valid Driver's License, as well as a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.

Salary Range: $28 - $32 per hour
