Job Title: Business Systems Analyst II

Join the State of North Carolina in a dynamic role as a Business Systems Analyst II, where you will play a crucial part in supporting the North Carolina Financial Systems Division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting designated systems, ensuring adherence to governmental regulations, policies, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ongoing quarterly system updates for NCFS Sustainment
  • Implement new system requirements and enhancements
  • Follow system development and enhancement life cycle processes for system sustainment
  • Proactively identify changing requirements and problems regarding NCFS needs
  • Ensure compliance and security in data handling, system access, and information privacy
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a discipline related to the area of assignment
  • Three years of programmatic experience related to the area of assignment
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and apply knowledge of complex laws, regulations, procedures, and technical standards
  • Ability to analyze and apply knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and information systems and operations
  • Ability to design and implement complex financial systems and confirm accountability, integrity, and conformance to rules, regulations, and standards
