Audio-Visual Systems Director Buffalo

This position is responsible for directing and overseeing a team of technicians responsible for installing hardware components of audio-visual systems, ensuring all financial, programmatic, and operating systems meet established targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Directing installation teams and ensuring appropriate travel arrangements and accommodations when required.
• Training and supervising level one and two technicians working at job sites.
• Troubleshooting audio and video equipment installations.
• Installing and terminating cables with the appropriate solder or compression connector.

The ideal candidate will possess prior AV team leadership experience, CTS certification, and the ability to achieve CTS-I certification within 12 months. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and familiarity with standard office productivity software are also essential.

The salary range for this role is $25-$40 per hour, commensurate with experience. This is a regional travel position, and job sites will vary throughout the Buffalo, NY metropolitan area and across the east region of the United States. Residency in Buffalo, NY is required.
