Cumberland County Guidance Center is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Advocate to join our team. As a full-time employee, you will provide face-to-face individualized clinical support services to consumers who require consistent contact to ensure optimal psycho-social functioning.

The successful candidate will serve as a member of the PACT Team, providing case management and/or specialized services to consumers. You will participate in PACT medication deliveries and collaborate with consumers and other PACT team staff to assess client needs, develop treatment goals, and evaluate progress.

Requirements:
