Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and responses.
  • Evaluate patient progress toward attaining expected outcomes and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Function as a patient and family advocate, ensuring that patient needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Communicate and collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary team to effectively plan and manage patient care.
  • Document patient care in a knowledgeable, skillful, and consistent manner, meeting all required and regulatory standards.
  • Prioritize patient care in an ongoing manner, adhering to Evidence-Based Practice Standards of Care.
  • Practice effective problem identification and resolution, delegating tasks and duties to healthcare team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
  • Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
  • 1 year of RN experience required.
