The initial hourly wage for this position is $12.00, with potential for increases based on experience. WORK SCHEDULE:

Typical working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional variations.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

  • Enhance guest experiences by delivering outstanding service as a Housekeeping Attendant. Equipped with proper training, tools, and supplies, you approach each shift with enthusiasm, ensuring exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
  • Your responsibilities will also include identifying room inconsistencies and maintenance issues, as well as restocking amenities according to established standards.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Able to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally and perform various cleaning tasks
  • Strong customer service skills

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hospitality is advantageous. Are you quick, self-motivated, and focused on delivering quality work? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Service: Address customer needs promptly and cater to special requests.
  • Safety and Security: Adhere to safety protocols, correctly utilize cleaning chemicals and equipment, and wear gloves when cleaning guest rooms. Follow key control policies.
  • Dependability: Maintain punctuality, attend meetings on schedule, and be available for holiday and weekend shifts as required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • While a high school diploma is preferred, previous experience in housekeeping is beneficial.
