Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and maintain financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
  • Update the general ledger and prepare trial balances for our CPA.
  • Handle daily financial tasks, including bank deposits, verifying receipts, creating invoices, and tracking overdue accounts.
  • Produce financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain and file necessary documents for tax planning purposes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with bookkeeping in a company setting.
