Body Repair Technician

Job Summary
Motor Coach Industries is seeking a skilled Body Repair Technician to join our team. As a Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing all body and frame components on our coaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair all body and frame components, including riveted, spot-welded, and perimeter-welded parts, panels, frame members, and bulkheads.
- Remove, repair, and replace parts, including lights, doors, windows, glass, moldings, upholstery, and any additional body accessories.
- Perform welding and metal preparation, as well as frame straightening.
- Provide accurate repair time estimates.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of automotive body repair experience.
- Proficiency in the use of pneumatic riveter, sanders, grinders, hydraulic pullers, pressure painting equipment, standard fastener equipment, oxygen/acetylene welding, ARC, MIG, and T.G. welding equipment, and body filler material and fiberglass.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Pre-employment drug test and background screen required.
