About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker to join our team at RHA Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide rehabilitative services, including recovery, stigma reduction, health and wellness, and personal development.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and revise Functional Assessments and Person-Centered Plans.
  • Support individuals in developing skill-building activities and monitor utilization of services to ensure effectiveness and alignment with individual goals.
  • Provide counseling and guidance to individuals to effectively manage problems and develop positive relationships.
  • Assist with accessing community resources in accordance with individual goals for community involvement.
  • Prepare and complete necessary documentation, including 90-day reviews, activity notes, and incident reports.
  • Utilize safe crisis management techniques to manage situations involving agitated and/or hostile behaviors.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and ensure stakeholder satisfaction with the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance (if required for transportation).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
