Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Suppression System Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fire suppression systems, including Portable Fire Extinguishers and Kitchen Hood Systems.
  • Inspect and test fire suppression systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fire suppression systems.
  • Install and upgrade fire suppression systems as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service calls.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding customer-facing service and problem-solving skills.
  • PC skills, including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • FEL-A certification.
  • Manufacturer certifications, such as ANSUL and Kiddie PyroChem, are a plus.
  • RMEI and multi-license certifications are preferred.
  • Valid US driver's license.
