Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Aspira Connect. This role will play a pivotal part in helping campground owners connect with the right tools to thrive.

About the Role

This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies to drive qualified leads and achieve acquisition goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent hands-on experience in campaign management, and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for LTV-to-CAC ratio efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Paid Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy to drive qualified leads and achieve acquisition goals.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization: Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns with a focus on tactical execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Excel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid channels and lead generation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
