Nurse Connection Staffing is a leading healthcare staffing agency with over 30 years of experience. We are currently seeking licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to fill supplemental staffing needs for our business partners in the North Country and Central New York regions.

Job Summary

We are looking for CNAs who hold a valid NYS Certified Nursing Assistant Certification and have 6 months of full-time experience working in Long Term Care or Assisted Living settings within the last 3 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to residents in Long Term Care and Assisted Living settings
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications as required
  • Participate in care planning and implementation
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Valid NYS Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
  • Current medical documentation, including physical and PPD within the past year and proof of MMRs (immunizations or Titers)
  • 6 consecutive months of full-time CNA experience post-certification in Long Term Care or Assisted Living Facility
  • Meet client/site-specific requirements
