Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at a long-term care facility in Oswego, NY. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, toileting, and feeding.
  • Provide observation and assistance as needed, following care plans and protocols.
  • Set up meal trays, document food and fluid intake, and assist with feeding if needed.
  • Assist residents with mobility, using walkers or other equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain resident confidentiality, treat residents with kindness and respect, and report any concerns or incidents to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • NYS Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing.
  • Ability to work 3-4 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
  • Current physical, up-to-date immunizations, and pass federal background check.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
