Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a leadership role in branch management. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coaching, developing, and building a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business.
  • Resolving low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business to meet Branch Network business objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience.
  • Leading the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.
  • Mentoring and guiding talent development of direct reports and assisting in hiring talent.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of banking, financial services, or branch network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.

  • Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment.
