Job Title: Compensation Analyst - Global HRThis role is part of Milliken's Corporate Human Resources team and is based at the company's corporate campus in Spartanburg, SC. As a member of the Compensation & Analytics Team, the successful candidate will support the administration of compensation and HR analytics processes, ensuring operational excellence and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer compensation and HR analytics processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment to safeguard confidential compensation information.
- Evaluate and process compensation and organizational structure changes using SAP SuccessFactors workflows.
- Support Senior Analytics staff by preparing weekly production labor reports, periodic wage analysis, and other annual activities.
- Collaborate with Senior Compensation staff on ongoing initiatives, including the merit process and annual salary surveys.
- Prepare compensation benchmark analyses and recommendations for the greater HR function under the supervision of Senior Compensation staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of work experience in auditing, accounting, tax, compensation, or other financial roles.
- Highly skilled in Excel, including the ability to create charts, pivot tables, and use v-lookups and formulas.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to create presentations beyond basic in PowerPoint.
- High level of professional maturity and discretion.
- Work accuracy and attention to detail while multi-tasking among different projects and programs.
- Ability to prioritize work and solve problems independently while recognizing when to engage Senior staff.
- Verbal and written communication skills characterized by professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Direct experience with non-US cultures, either through work/study abroad or culture of origin; foreign language skill not required but a plus.
