About Us: At Carrabba's Italian Grill, we are committed to providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Our General Manager - Italian Grill will play a critical role in achieving this goal by leading our team, driving business growth, and ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
- Drive high-quality employee standards, maintain a fully staffed restaurant, develop and promote employees, and hold them accountable to standards.
- Be the face of Carrabba's, resolve guest complaints, participate in neighborhood activities, and ensure the restaurant is the restaurant of choice.
- Develop initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, and grow the guest count of your restaurant.
- Present quality food by ensuring all menu items are made from scratch with the freshest ingredients according to Carrabba's recipes and standards.
- Manage the restaurant's P&L, including ordering, inventory, coaching management teams, and Micos on their impact to the P&L.
- Enforce safety and sanitary practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of General Manager or above experience.
- Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment experience, a plus.
- Hands-on experience in all facets of FOH and HOH.
- Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage.
- Familiarity with POS Systems, POSI a plus.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close).
- Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Bilingual, a plus.
- Ability to relocate, a strong plus.

- A competitive compensation package ($80,000 - $110,000 per year), including a base salary and monthly distributions of 10% of the restaurant's distributable cash flow.
