Job Overview: As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Carrabba's Italian Grill, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Restaurant Leadership: Drive high-quality employee standards, maintain a fully staffed restaurant, develop and promote employees, and hold them accountable to standards.
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Be the face of Carrabba's, resolve guest complaints, participate in neighborhood activities, and ensure the restaurant is the restaurant of choice.
  3. Business Growth: Develop initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, and grow the guest count of your restaurant.
  4. Culinary Excellence: Present quality food by ensuring all menu items are made from scratch with the freshest ingredients according to Carrabba's recipes and standards.
  5. Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's P&L, including ordering, inventory, coaching management teams, and Micos on their impact to the P&L.
  6. Safety and Sanitation: Enforce safety and sanitary practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of General Manager or above experience.
  • Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment experience, a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in all facets of FOH and HOH.
  • Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage.
  • Familiarity with POS Systems, POSI a plus.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close).
  • Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Bilingual, a plus.
  • Ability to relocate, a strong plus.
