Job Overview

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about health and wellness, sales, and providing excellent customer service.

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting patients, checking them in, answering phone calls, and re-engaging inactive members. You will also have the opportunity to participate in marketing and sales opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinics.

We offer a competitive salary of $19-$23 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses paid monthly. Our benefits package includes lunch breaks and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and members
  • Greeting patients and checking them in for appointments
  • Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
  • Re-engaging inactive members to increase retention rates
  • Participating in marketing and sales opportunities to drive new patient growth
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the clinic and office areas
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
