Job Title: Independent Sales Representative-Southern Illinois

Stine Seed Company, a leading national seed company, is seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our team in Southern Illinois. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealers and growers in the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Stine seed products and services
  • Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales
  • Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies to meet sales goals
  • Work with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support and develop strong relationships with customers and potential customers
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills
  • Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet established goals
