About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide scrub support for surgical procedures in a 9-room state-of-the-art acute care facility.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse surgical team, including experienced and new graduates.
  • Assist with preparing patients for surgery, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge as a Surgical Technologist.
Requirements
  • Recent surgical scrub experience required.
  • One year of surgical scrub experience preferred.
  • Completion of an approved Surgical Technologist program or completion of a hospital-based training program and two or more years of recent scrub experience required.
  • ARC or AHA BLS certification and NH Medical Technician Registration required.
  • CST certification preferred.
