Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager Supply Chain Analytics to partner with key internal team stakeholders and third-party vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating strategically with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and effectively communicate outcomes and trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
  • Understand forecasting, demand planning, resource planning, and operational processes to validate demand execution plan commitments.
  • Influence stakeholders' processes, technology decisions, and policies to ensure a mutually beneficial continuous improvement and sustainable process.
  • Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Work with NCR VOYIX internal stakeholders and executive team to communicate the impact of critical business initiatives and inputs impacting quarterly goals.
  • Create, communicate, and manage budget/timelines/entitlement for projects.
  • Oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work.
  • Perform data management through a combination of data mining, data modeling, data analysis, and/or problem analysis.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to gather, organize, and interpret complex data.
  • Evaluate, select, and recommend new vendors to management.
  • Negotiate favorable prices and terms of purchase to maximize best commodity sourcing practices.
  • Work closely with Commodity Managers.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and reports to internal stakeholders and executive team, showcasing the impact of implemented solutions.
  • Conduct market research and stay informed on industry best practices to continuously improve consulting services offered.
  • Continuously monitor benchmarks to ensure an accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipeline exists.
  • Oversee the tracking and measurement of post-implementation savings, working closely with Finance to ensure budgets are adjusted in accordance with realized contractual savings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of data analysis experience
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills (statistical forecasting, regression analysis, etc.)
  • Proven ability to work autonomously as well as establish cross-functional work relationships
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a tight schedule environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, strong analytic skills, organizational skills, discretion, and judgment to organize priorities, complete tasks, and handle confidential information
  • Effective communication skills to deliver and receive information across all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SQL and building queries
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of departments
  • Must be skilled in supply chain processes and possess strong analytical/organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to function effectively within a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Creative, self-motivated, possesses judgment, and ability to plan and initiate new activities
