Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement o9 Solutions for demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
  • Work closely with project managers, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical direction to configuration teams.
  • Develop and maintain methodologies and best practices for supply chain consulting.
  • Support the creation of thought leadership materials and present o9 solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in solution design and implementation using o9 Solutions.
  • Knowledge of o9 Reference Model configurations and workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in industrial engineering, information systems, supply chain management, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years certified as an o9 Enterprise Modeler.
  • Expertise in IBPL, R/Python, and SQL programming languages.
  • Advanced industry certifications from ASCM, IBF, CSCMP, or MITx MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management.
