**Job Summary:**

As a Grill Cook at Bob Evans, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meats, fish, poultry, gravies, soups, vegetables, and other menu items. You will follow recipe and storyboard guidelines to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and cook meats, fish, poultry, gravies, soups, vegetables, and other menu items according to recipe and storyboard guidelines
* Cut, broil, sauté, and fry menu items as needed
* Practice safe food handling and perform clean up duties
* Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure it is in good working order
* Unpack and organize received goods in a timely manner

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipe and storyboard guidelines
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
