Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Center at Centennial. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Administer injections, oral medication, and enemas, accurately recording patient information on charts in a timely manner.
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition, including temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, and other vital signs.
  • Monitor patients' morale and behavior to assist them in recovering from emergencies.
  • Mix medications as necessary and perform physical examinations of patients under the direction of medical professionals.
  • Inform patients' family members about their patient status and provide them with necessary information to support their loved ones.
  • Collaborate with doctors and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Adhere to all health regulations concerning nursing care and maintain a clean and orderly patient room at all times.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and share best practices.
Requirements
  • Must be a Colorado Springs, CO Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or hold a current graduate diploma from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Pass a background check and meet or exceed minimum qualifications.
